Return Policy
All American Coffee – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 11/12/2025
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from All American Coffee (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and related consumable goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Taste or flavor preference
-
Ordering the wrong product, quantity, or roast

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to read product descriptions
-
Delay in delivery caused by the carrier
This policy is enforced to maintain product safety, freshness, and quality standards.
2. No Buyer’s Remorse
To prevent abuse of the return system and to ensure food-safety compliance:
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for personal preference, regret, or any form of buyer’s remorse.
This clause applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a review, you must provide:

The order number

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

A description of the issue
Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

Replacement of the product

Store credit
-
Refund (only if a replacement is not available)
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or defective.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Late Packages
Once an order is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
We are not liable for:

Packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation

Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

Incorrect delivery due to customer-provided shipping information
Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable:

No refund will be issued.

If the package is returned to us unopened, we may reship it for an additional shipping fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information at checkout.
6. Subscription Orders
Subscription charges are billed automatically.
Once an order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Future subscription shipments may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for issues covered by this Policy (including buyer’s remorse) constitutes a breach of terms.
We reserve the right to provide all supporting documentation—including tracking, delivery confirmation, and this Policy—to dispute invalid chargebacks.
